Leaders are Learners
One of the JBA’s primary goals is to strengthen our churches and our church leaders. Therefore, we are proud to introduce the JBA Ministry Academy! The Ministry Academy is a series of college equivalent courses to help pastors, staff and church ministry leaders grow in their Biblical knowledge, leadership effectiveness and overall ministry practice. The courses are taught by pastors and other staff members of our churches with a Master’s degree or higher. Currently, each course is 1 credit hour.
Each course…
- Meets one Saturday per month for four months for four hours per session.
- Includes reading assignments, quizzes, exams, and at least one project or paper
- Costs $100

Classes this spring will meet January 27, February 17, March 16 and May 18 Both courses will meet from 8am until Noon at the JBA Ministry Center. (12601 State Route 21, DeSoto, MO)
